THE BLOW DOWN AT CASCADE LOCKS

$1,500 in CASH and Prizes

The “Blow Down” at Cascade Locks will showcase a “SAIL” race from Stevenson to Hood River.

There will be SOLO kite and board competitions, as well as relay opportunities. Relays will be broken down into divisions:
MEN, WOMEN, MIXED. Relays will consist of TWO persons.  The excgange will be at Viento.

Relay Competitions include: Kite/Kite Sail/Sail and Sail/Kite
